I took photographs of cities and people on film, then scanned and digitized them. Next, the digital images were output on a multiplicity of inkjet print sheets when they were still semi-dried. In the following step, only the ink part of images were printed on to plural sheets and then pasted onto a new ink jet print sheet.
Repeated pasting of photo images from multiple semi-dry prints were formed into a single photograph resulting in a picture of a totally different world in which you are unable to recognize the views you are familiar with. All images were intermingled and superimposed onto each other in the final photo, where familiar urban scenes are destroyed and human figures are broken up into bizarre blobs.
In my work, I am trying to express the chaos of the current world, and also the absence of identity.
