From this issue, Fraction Magazine Japan is pleased to showcase photographers selected for our site by gallerists, curators, editors, and other experts in the field.
In Japan, the fine art photography market is still in development and many photographers have yet to create their own websites, making it difficult to uncover fresh talent. Through our new project, we hope to offer ー from as open a perspective as possible ー a wide-ranging look at artists today throughout Japan and East Asia, from those just beginning their careers to established veterans to individuals whose work is uncelebrated but worth being known.
