unfinished topology / collection
by Takashi Kawashima
My recent project "unfinished topology / collection" is based on my personal experience since 2011. I have proceeded further research, visited several places, and inspired by different kind of modern thoughts and literature which themes are "catastrophic" and post "humanity". I have researched about the phenomenon of earthquake and volcano, and expanded images by interviews and workshops. These images are not shown just as part of types, but presented the whole as an installation with a story. I believe these images can present us something UNSEEN and something, which will happen near future.
Takashi Kawashima is a photographer based in Tokyo, Japan.
